Village Scrapbook: Western Hoedown
The Sussex Community Center rolled out the cowboy hats and country music for this event with village seniors.
Sussex seniors saddled up, pulled out their cowboy hats and headed over to the for the western hoedown on Wednesday.
The event started with some games, followed by a dinner fit for any cowpoke: BBQ chicken, seasoned potatoes, baked beans, cornbread and pumpkin pie. The Sussex Lion's Club prepared the food for all the guests.
The group even pulled on their cowboy boots and kicked-up their heels to Dante's Bop, a Sussex Community Center favorite.
