Sussex Patch

Spring Creek was long ago artificially diverted into a small culvert (shown at tree line) that takes it underneath the parking lot between NAPA Auto Parts and the M&M Restaurant. As part of the larger downtown redevelopment plan, the Village is studying a proposal to dig-up the failing culvert, divert the waterway and restore the creek to a natural state just west of the NAPA store.
