Sussex's Fitness Frenzy Week Lets You Try Classes for Free

The programs lets you try before you buy so shedding those pounds will be easier.

In lieu of what's assumed to be the most common , the Sussex department is offering its fitness classes for free all week to help kick start weight loss goals.

Just like a “try before you buy” program, residents can attend any of the village’s fitness classes without having to register. Residents just need to show up at the location, which is either the Youth Hall or Community Center, to take part in the class.
