Camille, I have a life, thanx...This is a page to rate, review this business, I posted my experience with this business.. I was excited b/c Sussex needs a place like that, so yes I was VERY disappointed that my order NEVER got delivered and they kept saying it was on the way instead of telling me the truth that there was a screw-up so I could then have the choice of waiting or finding food elsewhere.2 hours is a long time to wait when you're hungry....so when my customers ask me about the "new place" and if I've heard whether it's good or not,all I can tell them is my own experience.....

I ordered a calzone and homemade chips for delivery at 6:00 Sat nite and they said I'd have it within an hour, so at 7:20 when it hadn't arrived I called to check on it and they told me it was on the way and it would be there in 5 min.So at 7:47 I called and cancelled the order because it still hadn't arrived and I didn't appreciate them lying to me.The person said they'd take the charges off my credit card, but since the delivery "was on the way" I could still accept it when it got there.IT NEVER CAME!!!!I have worked in the restaurant ,bar industry most of my life so I totally understand how mistakes happen, but the first time I called they should've just told me the order never got put in and then given me the choice of waiting more or going elsewhere.That was awful business practice and BAD customer service to lie to me twice.....Because of my job I am in contact with Sussex residents and when people mention Marcileno's, I tell them my experience...
My wife and I just had a Sussex burger with home made chips today for lunch. It was awesome. Marcilenos should do good here in Sussex.
I took my girls out to eat last night and we had the mac & cheese calzone and they loved it!! Very nice workers they also had really great customer service. I am definitely going back! Thanks Marcilenos!
DAWN GET A LIFE!!! MARCILENO'S ROCKS!!! WHY WOULD YOU SHOOT DOWN A BRAND NEW ESTABLISHMENT BECAUSE OF ONE MISHAP ON YOUR ORDER??? WE NEED A GOOD RESTAURANT IN SUSSEX & MARCILENO'S IS IT!!!!
