Hamilton Boys Basketball Still Undefeated, Ranked 3rd

The Chargers are ranked right behind Germantown and Milwaukee Hamilton, who are also undefeated at 13-0.

The Hamilton Chargers boys basketball team is having an undefeated season despite losing a popular senior student to a fatal gunshot wound on New Year's Day.

The Chargers are ranked third in the state behind defending champion Germantown and Milwaukee Hamilton, according to WisSports.net. All three teams have a 13-0 record.

Hamilton is ranked either second or third in various state or local polls.

Coach Andy Ceroni’s young men have an added motivation with the loss of Hamilton senior Aaron Zagorski, reported FOX6 Now.

Days after Zagorski died, friends and supporters from Sussex Hamilton and West Allis Nathan Hale came out together to mourn him when the schools played each other.

The Chargers host Marquette on Friday.
