Sussex Week Ahead: Several Municipal Meetings And Homecoming
Week highlighted by a joint Town of Lisbon and Village of Sussex meeting regarding the library.
Joint Library Budget Meeting
Town of Lisbon and Village of Sussex officials will meet at 6:15 p.m. Monday at the Pauline Haass Public Library for a Joint Library Budget meeting. The agenda consists of review and possible action on the proposed 2013 library budget and capital plan.
Board of Fire CommissionersThe Board of Fire Commissioners will meet at 5 p.m. Thursday at the Public Safety Building. The meeting will consist of commissioners being presented with the fire chief's report and consideration of new members, appointments, resignations and personnel issues.

The Public Safety and Welfare Committee will meet at 6 p.m. Thursday to at the Public Safety Building. The committee will consider and take possible action on the Sussex Sled Bugs use of the trails for the winter seasons, consideration of the HAWS contract and be presented with a report from the director of police services.
Hamilton High School HomecomingThe community is invited to a homecoming open house at the school from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday when story boards that was put together by the National Honor Society, memorabilia, and artifacts will be on display, detailing the school's rich history. It's time for some football after dinner as the Hamilton Chargers take the field to face West Allis Central for their homecoming football game. A presentation including an introduction of former staff will be held on the track at 6:45 p.m. Fireworks are also planned for after the football game.
