Sussex Residents Will Have New Place to Get Pooches Pampered

Kim's Canine Design planning to move from Butler to the Sussex Plaza on Main Street.

Sussex dog owners will soon find themselves with a new place to take their favorite pets to get pampered.

The village Plan Commission gave unanimous approval to allow Kim’s Canine Design to occupy space in the Sussex Plaza, N64W22656 Main St., next to Su Casa II Restaurant.

Kim Magdic, the owner of the dog grooming facility, said she wants to move to Sussex because her current location in Butler is on a side street in an older building.

The 1,000-square-foot facility will provide dog grooming services, such as bathing and styling, and a limited number of grooming products will be available for purchase at the location.

Magdic didn't give an exact date when the business will relocate here.
