Coffee Anyone? Warm Beverage Station Open At Library

Self-service coffee station offers variety of warm beverages to patrons.

You want to curl up with a warm cup of coffee and a good book?

Skip the local coffee shop and head to the Pauline Haass Public Library, which has set up a new coffee station for its patrons. 

The station is self-serve and offers tea and hot chocolate in addition to coffee. The station has regular and decaf coffee as well as black and green tea. Donations of a $1 are suggested to recover the cost of the supplies.

"Especially with the weather turning colder, it nice that they can stay here instead of venturing out to Starbucks or wherever to get a cup of coffee," said Becky Murray, the Head of Adult Services for the Pauline Haass Public Library. 

"We think its kind of homey to be able to just read the newspaper and have a cup of coffee," she added.
