Sussex Woman Faced Drug Charges After Boyfriend Batters Mom, Complaint Says

Abigayle N. Dekarske had drugs and drug paraphernalia in her car, according to a criminal complaint.

An 18-year-old Sussex woman is accused of possessing drugs in City of Pewaukee after Waukesha County deputies pulled over her vehicle while looking for her boyfriend, according to a criminal complaint.

Abigayle N. Dekarske was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court on Wednesday with possession of a controlled substance, possession of narcotic drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department were looking for Dekarske’s boyfriend after they were told he had battered his mother at City of Pewaukee hotel, according to the complaint.

When they pulled over Dekarske’s vehicle, they found drugs and drug paraphernalia in the car that belonged to Dekarske, according to the complaint.
