Sussex Man Accused of Sexually Assaulting His Young Sister
Suspect, 20, tells police he's ashamed and doesn't want to end up like his grandfather. He's been assaulting the sister over several years.
A 20-year-old Sussex man is facing charges after he allegedly sexually assaulted his sister over several years.
According to the criminal complaint:
The suspect – who isn’t being named by Patch in order to protect the identity of the victim – had sexually assaulted his young sister during the past several years at their home in Sussex and at a relative’s home in New Berlin.

The assault came to light Friday after his mother walked into the craft room of their home and surprised him and the victim.
She then talked to her daughter who admitted to the assaults, saying her brother made her do it.

The assault came to light Friday after his mother walked into the craft room of their home and surprised him and the victim.
The suspect also admitted to the assaults and said he was ashamed because he didn’t want to be like his grandfather who had also been convicted of sexually assaulting a minor.
The man is charged with three counts of sexual assault of a child less than 12-years-old and could face up to 180 years in prison if convicted. He’s currently being held in Waukesha County Jail on $100,000 cash bond.
