On Sept. 14, a security officer at Walmart, 6701 S. 27th St., Franklin, spotted Ingham inside the store with $663 in merchandise inside a shopping cart, then push the car out of the store without paying.

The security officer confronted Ingham, who fled the scene in what the security officer described as an older muscle car.

On Sept. 15, Ingham was pulled over by Menomonee Falls police officers driving a black and orange AMC Javelin.

The license plate for the car matched that of the one fleeing Walmart and Ingham was wearing the same shoes as he did at the theft.

His father was also in the car and wearing a hat Ingham had been wearing during the shoplifting incident as well. Ingham is currently out of custody, but a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
