ReplyJust another unfortunate case where a restraining order and the paper its written on as well as the people issuing them is just useless in providing any protection at all to a victim. Now we all stand around and wring ones hands and wonder what went wrong. Tomorrow is the "second verse, same as the first."

ReplyHow many more food stores are needed in this area? The last 2 guys went out of business there. Someone has too much money to spend on duplication of services.

ReplyWe need less blogging instead of more. All it does is increase the "noise level" and bandwidth requirements with little of anything productive or intelligent being broadcast. IMO, alot of these blogs turn into "its Walkers fault", no matter what it is. Its just nonsense, like twitter, etc..

ReplyThis wasn't a bad story until we come to the same old regurgitation of old news that everyone in America knows about by now. Just a waste of bandwidth. Its no wonder why some can't seem to move on with life. Now reporters may think that this is cute, but IMO, most readers are informed already and its just wasting their time with the same old, same old. Who are the readers who care if its her 1st election? Will we get the same old thing in her 2nd election, 3rd, 4th, 10th?
"Novack was elected to the post in November during the presidential election. The previous county clerk faced significant criticism from Democrats and Republicans alike for election night blunders, such as not reporting the entire City of Brookfield results to the Associated Press during the April 2011 election and having delayed results being reported via the machine tapes."

ReplyFrom what I can gather, she is more of a campaign " go-for" rather than a "strategist".
From what I've said before, Tarantino is just major damaged goods perhaps would be better aligned with the democrats who relish these types of activities and seem to prosper with them.

ReplyIMO, the BID stuff is another business taxation scam brought to you by the heavy hand of government. It just hurts the small business person who has trouble making ends meet during these tough times rather than making things better. Think of it in the same things as a dictatorial home owners assn.

ReplyThis sounds like operation "go along to get along" rather than challenging his potential colleagues to give us something better. As a GOB, if elected, they may even give him the key to the bathroom in less than a year.

All this does is further damage the children by further dumbing them down in preparation of real life. Alot of kids now can't even read a ruler or tell time from a clock. This is all about play time rather than teaching/learning time. A total waste of money.
