A Sussex man who is on bail for a second drunken driving charge faces more trouble after an arrest in the Town of Lisbon.

A 24-year-old Sussex man on bail for a second drunken driving charge faces additional trouble after being accused of smoking synthetic marijuana and verbally threatening to kill a relative. Taimur U. Khan was charged Friday in Waukesha County Circuit Court with bail jumping, disorderly conduct and possession of a synthetic cannabinoid. If convicted, he faces up to one year and four months in jail and $12,000 in fines. The Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department deputy was called to a Town of Lisbon home where Khan’s relative told police she found Brain Freeze, a form of synthetic marijuana, on a shelf hidden in a baseball glove on Thursday. Battle With Girlfriend's Ex Turns Bloody, Police Say

A man was charged with substantial battery after punching his girlfriend's ex-boyfriend, who was waiting in her apartment.

A criminal charge has been filed in a chance meeting fueled by bad blood, which left one man bloodied during an October 2012 quarrel in Lannon. Shane Riley, 35, was charged last week with one count of substantial battery after he beat up his girlfriend’s ex-boyfriend. He could be imprisoned up to 3-1/2 years and face up to $10,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: On Oct. 5, police were dispatched to the 21000 block of Outcropping Court in Lannon to assist Jeffrey Kopp, who had just been punched in the face. Kopp had blood all over his shirt, and was bleeding from his nose. Kopp told police that he was spending time with Shane Riley and his girlfriend at a bowling alley earlier that night. Sussex Man Uses Missing Credit Card, Spends $600, Complaint Says

Brandon J. Snyder, of Sussex, faces a felony charged after investigators say he used a Sussex woman's credit card after she lost her wallet at a City of Pewauke gas station.

A 31-year-old Sussex man rang up more than $600 in purchases using a credit card that was lost by a Sussex woman at a gas station, according to a criminal complaint filed Wednesday in Waukesha County Circuit Court. Brandon J. Snyder is charged with identity theft and misdemeanor theft. If convicted, he faces up to three years and nine months initial confinement in prison and $20,000 in fines. Snyder is scheduled to appear in court May 20. The Sussex woman contact deputies with the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department after she dropped her wallet at Kwik Trip, W29N2086 Redford Boulevard, City of Pewaukee. Sussex Woman Sells Stolen Phone After Claiming Woman Attacked Her, Deputies Say

A Sussex woman and a Waukesha man are accused of stealing a cell phone and a purse, according to a criminal complaint.

A 24-year-old Sussex woman got into a scuffle with another woman, she left a few key details out of the story when she told Waukesha County deputies she was battered by the other woman, according to a criminal complaint, Stephanie M. Landry wasn’t at the Sussex business where she claimed she had been physically assaulted. However, she did get into an altercation with the woman and stole the woman’s purse and cell phone on Sept. 20, according to a criminal complaint. Landry was charged Thursday in Waukesha County Circuit Court with theft as a party to a crime and obstructing an officer. Ted J. Gun Theft of 'Stolen' Weapon Leads to Charges for Sussex Woman

A woman, who has had multiple charges with the Waukesha County Circuit Court, has been charged with burglary and arming herself with a dangerous weapon.

A Sussex woman was charged Wednesday for an October incident, in which she is accused of breaking into her mother's ex-boyfriend's trailer home and stealing a loaded handgun, reported the Sussex Sun.  Kayla M. Eddy, 23, claimed the gun was stolen from her. She has been charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court with burglary and arming herself with a dangerous weapon. This was not Eddy's first run-in with the law. In 2009, she was convicted of possessing an illegally obtained prescription, according to court records. Eddy was also was charged with drug paraphernalia possession in February after she allegedly stole her mother's car. Stolen Cell Phone Sent to Sussex Woman Who Now Faces Charges

The 21-year-old woman told a New Berlin police officer she found a cell phone stolen during a burglary in her mailbox.

A Sussex woman is accused of receiving a stolen cell phone that was taken during a burglary to a New Berlin cell phone store in October. Jamie C. Lupo, 21, was charged Wednesday in Waukesha County Circuit Court with receiving stolen property. If convicted, she faces up to nine months in jail and $10,000 in fines. New Berlin police officers were called to the store in October after an employee noticed $118 was missing from the cash box. They reviewed security footage and saw a person take the cash from the cash box and two cell phones from the back storage rooms, according to the criminal complaint. Marcel A. Bois, 29, of Sussex, took off running from Waukesha police officers after it was reported he was tearing up copper, according to a criminal complaint.

A Sussex man is accused of identifying himself as his cousin when Waukesha police officers were investigating two suspicious individuals who were tearing up copper in the 1000 block of Tesch Court. Marcel A. Bois, 29, was charged Wednesday in Waukesha County Circuit Court with obstructing an officer. Because he has previous convictions, he faces up to 2-3/4 years in jail if convicted. Waukesha Water Utility employees contacted the Waukesha Police Department last Oct. 30 after they saw two people tearing up copper, according to the complaint. A Sussex man is charged with his second drunken driving offense after a Brookfield police officer saw him driving without a front license plate and failing to stop at a stop sign, according to a criminal complaint. Taimur U. Khan, 23, was charged Friday in Waukesha County Circuit Court with possessing marijuana, possessing drug paraphernalia, operating while intoxicated-second offense and  operating with a  prohibited alcohol concentration. Sussex Thefts Under Investigation by Waukesha County Sheriff's Department

Sussex women report items missing from vehicles, including credit cards that were used to purchase items in Pewaukee and Germantown.

The Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department is investigating thefts from vehicles in Sussex and has a possible suspect, according to a search warrant affidavit filed in Waukesha County Circuit Court. A Sussex woman living on Hastings Court reported March 18 that her wallet was stolen from her vehicle while it was parked in her garage. Her credit cads were used at a gas station in Pewaukee, a Walmart in Germantown and at a Redbox video rental machine in Germantown, the affidavit states. The suspect rented the moving Taken 2 from the Redbox machine, according to the search warrant. Cigarettes were purchased at the gas station and iPads were attempted to be purchased at Walmart.
