Hamilton High School Mourns Death of Football Player
Counselors were on hand for students returning from vacation after Aaron Zagorski, 18, died on New Year's Day.
Hamilton High School students and staff are mourning the death of a student on the first day back in class after the holidays. Senior Aaron Zagorski, 18, died of a gunshot wound Tuesday. Waukesha County Sheriff’s Deputy Jennifer Wallschleger said the department received the call about Zagorski’s death at 9:35 a.m. She said the detective’s bureau is still compiling evidence and information about the incident, and no further information could be released. Hamilton public relations coordinator Denise Lindberg said counselors were available for individual students Wednesday on an as-needed basis.
