Sussex Woman Busted for Bail Jumping After Man Reports Drug Deal, Police Say

Kayla M. Eddy, 23, of Sussex, is charged with bail jumping after she was driving with a .084 percent blood alcohol concentration on the way to purchase drugs, according a criminal complaint.

A Sussex woman already in trouble after an incident involving her ex-boyfriend’s vehicle now faces a bail jumping charge after a man she was with reported to the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department that she was trying to make a drug deal, according to a criminal complaint. Kayla M. Eddy, 23, was charged Tuesday in Waukesha County Circuit Court with misdemeanor bail jumping. If convicted, she faces up to two years, nine months in jail and $10,000 in fines because she has past criminal convictions. According to the complaint: A man contacted the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department to report at 1:47 a.m. Tuesday that he was with a woman who was trying to make a drug deal. Sussex Thefts Under Investigation by Waukesha County Sheriff's Department

Sussex women report items missing from vehicles, including credit cards that were used to purchase items in Pewaukee and Germantown.

The Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department is investigating thefts from vehicles in Sussex and has a possible suspect, according to a search warrant affidavit filed in Waukesha County Circuit Court. A Sussex woman living on Hastings Court reported March 18 that her wallet was stolen from her vehicle while it was parked in her garage. Her credit cads were used at a gas station in Pewaukee, a Walmart in Germantown and at a Redbox video rental machine in Germantown, the affidavit states. The suspect rented the moving Taken 2 from the Redbox machine, according to the search warrant. Cigarettes were purchased at the gas station and iPads were attempted to be purchased at Walmart. Man Fired from Sussex Business Charged With Accessing Company's Data

Roman R. Blenski III tried to access his old work emails and contacts after he was fired from Reinders in January, according to a complaint.

A Brookfield man is accused of hacking into his former employer’s computer system to access all of his old emails and contacts after he was terminated from the company, according to a criminal complaint. Roman R. Blenski III, 45, was charged Thursday in Waukesha County Circuit Court with two misdemeanor counts of computer crimes-access data. If convicted, Blenski faces up to 1-1/2 years in jail and $20,000 in fines. According to the complaint: Blenski was fired from Reinders, W227-N6225 Sussex Road, on Jan. 9. Shortly after his termination, Blenski asked another employee to download his personal contacts from his work computer. The employee contacted the company’s IT director about the request. Sussex Teen Convicted of Sexual Assault Faces More Charges

Daniel S. Koepke, 18, of Sussex, already is in prison for the sexual assault of a young girl in Washington County.

A Sussex teenager accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl will have a preliminary hearing at 8:15 a.m. March 22 in Waukesha County Circuit Court. Daniel S. Koepke, 18, is spending 22 months in prison for a sexual assault conviction involving a 6-year-old girl in Washington County. He was also charged Feb. 14 in Waukesha County Circuit Court with sexually assaulting a friend’s sister while he was a minor. Charges were modified Thursday from a Class B felony to a Class C felony. He faces up to 25 years in prison and $100,000 in fines if convicted of sexual assault of a child under age 16. Not sure if you have read any of the police reports...what he did, including ejaculating all over a 5 year old, touching her private areas and threatening her (which he confessed to) in my opinion is not treatable. A 43-year-old Waukesha man is accused of robbing a Town of Lisbon gas station with a sawed-off shotgun Feb. 23, 2012, according to a criminal complaint filed Wednesday in Waukesha County Circuit Court. Gustavo Valdez was charged Wednesday with armed robbery. He faces up to 27 years in prison and $100,000 in fines if convicted. Valdez is scheduled to be in court Friday for an initial appearance. Valdez has past criminal convictions, including an incident last year that ended in him getting tasered four times in Waukesha after barricading himself in a shed with a pitbull and a knife. A Waukesha man who told a deputy his vehicle was swerving while driving through Sussex because he was “having sex” with his passenger, according to a criminal complaint. Paul R. Nemeth, 24, was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court on Monday with attempted possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle while revoked. If convicted, he faces more than 3-1/2 years in prison because of a past felony offense. According to the complaint: Nemeth was pulled over on Clover Drive in Sussex at 2:13 a.m. Saturday. A Sussex woman who was being investigated for stealing her mother’s vehicle faces a drug paraphernalia possession charge instead, according to a criminal complaint. Kayla M. Eddy, 23, was charged Friday and faces up 25 months in jail and a $500 fine if convicted because she has past drug offenses. She also faces a possible driver’s license suspension between six months and two years. According to the criminal complaint: Eddy’s mother reported on Feb. 20 that Eddy took her vehicle on Feb. 17. Sussex woman told a detective that a Palatine man she met on a biker's website sexually assaulted her when she was passed out on pain medication, according to a criminal complaint.

An Illinois man is scheduled to stand trial in April for allegations that he sexually assaulted a Sussex woman he met on a biker’s website. Rick J. Corbin, of Palatine, is charged with second-degree sexual assault with an unconscious victim. Corbin was in Waukesha County Circuit Court on Friday for a hearing on the assault charges. Corbin, who is incarcerated at Robinson, IL, Correctional Center, is scheduled to have a trial begin April 30. A 6-year-old girl showed the school counselor her bruises that appeared to be several days old, according to a criminal complaint.

A 28-year-old Sussex woman could spend up to three years in prison after she was accused of whipping her daughter, leaving her with bruises. The woman, who Waukesha Patch is not identifying to protect the identity of the daughter, was charged Friday in Waukesha County Circuit court with physical abuse of a child. According to the complaint: The woman’s 6-year-old daughter was talking during school Feb. 13 and was given a warning about speaking when she was supposed to be listening.
