Devin Woelfel found Tom the Turkey in Pride’s Crossing Park, winning the villagewide contest. Devin won a basket full of goodies for his effort after the village announced him as the winner on its Facebook page Thursday afternoon. Devin used his detective skills to find the laminated picture of a turkey hidden somewhere in the village from Nov. 6 to 20. The Village of Sussex put clues on where Tom the Turkey was hiding on its web site and the village's Facebook and Twitter pages.

UPDATE: Tom the Turkey has been found in the Parks and Recreation's annual Turkey Hunt by the Lathrop family. Tom's home was in the new playground at Ridgeview Park.
