Mitt Romney's Eldest Son Says Dad Was Calm Before Debate

Family read Twitter, laughed at funny tweets after debate before Tagg Romney headed to Wisconsin to stump for his father.

At least one Romney was a nervous wreck Wednesday night before the first presidential debate, which could prove to be a critical juncture in the race for the White House.  It was not, however, Republican Presidential candidate Mitt Romney, who was cool as a cucumber, according to Tagg Romney, his eldest son.  "I had a headache and I was feeling a lot of anxiety," Tagg Romney during an interview with Patch on Friday as he campaigned in Wisconsin. Wisconsin's Paul Ryan is Romney's VP Pick

Republican say selection of Janesville congressman is a bold move.

It’s as good as official: Wisconsin’s Paul Ryan will be Mitt Romney’s running mate, the Romney campaign announced early Saturday. National news sites broke the news just before midnight on Friday night, ending weeks of speculation and propelling Wisconsin into the heart of the presidential campaign. Shortly before midnight, CNN was reporting that three sources had confirmed that the Janesville congressman, 42, was the VP pick of the Republican Romney. News that Romney’s campaign was announcing its VP selection on Saturday in Virginia broke widely late Friday.
