Small business owner puts himself in client's shoes when repairing their car.
On the surface, Chuck's Main Street Auto is your everyday repair shop where expert repairmen work underneath hoods replacing parts, recalibrating systems and rejuvenating cars with oil changes and tune ups. But according to the owner, Chuck Hoffmann, the shop is really just in the business of trust. "We are a small town business and we treat cars like their our own or our family's," Hoffmann said. "We take care of it the right way. I don't install things that are not needed, just things that are needed."
