Daniel Koepke of Sussex pleaded not guilty Friday to a charge of second-degree sexual assault of a child. Koepke, 18, is already spending 22 months in prison for a sexual assault conviction involving a 6-year-old girl in Washington County. In the latest case, Koepke is accused of inappropriately touching a friend’s sister between June 2010 and March 2011 when she was 12 or 13, according to a criminal complaint. Koepke was bound over for trial though a date was not set. His next scheduled appearance is a hearing on April 22.

A Sussex teenager accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl will have a preliminary hearing at 8:15 a.m. March 22 in Waukesha County Circuit Court. Daniel S. Koepke, 18, is spending 22 months in prison for a sexual assault conviction involving a 6-year-old girl in Washington County. He was also charged Feb. 14 in Waukesha County Circuit Court with sexually assaulting a friend’s sister while he was a minor. Charges were modified Thursday from a Class B felony to a Class C felony. Sussex woman told a detective that a Palatine man she met on a biker's website sexually assaulted her when she was passed out on pain medication, according to a criminal complaint.
An Illinois man is scheduled to stand trial in April for allegations that he sexually assaulted a Sussex woman he met on a biker’s website. Rick J. Corbin, of Palatine, is charged with second-degree sexual assault with an unconscious victim. Corbin was in Waukesha County Circuit Court on Friday for a hearing on the assault charges. Corbin, who is incarcerated at Robinson, IL, Correctional Center, is scheduled to have a trial begin April 30. Koepke, 18, was charged Thursday with first-degree sexual assault of a child. If convicted, he faces up to 40 years in prison. Koepke is accused of inappropriately touching a friend’s sister between June 2010 and March 2011 when she was 12 or 13, according to a criminal complaint. Daniel Koepke, 18, will spend the rest of his teenage years in prison after sexually assaulting a 6-year-old girl while babysitting.
The Sussex teenager who pleaded guilty to two felonies stemming from a sexual assault of a six-year-old girl was sentenced on Jan. 24 to 22 months in prison with an additional five years of extended supervision. Daniel Koepke, 18, Koepke was found guilty of one count of causing a child under 13 to view or listen to sexual activity and one count of incest in November in Washington County Circuit Court. Even though the presentence report recommended no jail time, the judge sentenced Koepke to confinement for "the remainder of his teen years," reported the Sussex Sun. A teenager accused of sexually assaulting a 6-year-old girl this summer is no longer attending Hamilton High School, district officials said Thursday. Teenager living near school accused of sexual assault this summer in Washington County.
Hamilton School District officials on Tuesday sent a letter to Woodside Elementary School parents informing them that a teenager accused of sexual assaulting a 6-year-old girl this summer, lives near their school. Alluding to a case pending against 17-year-old Daniel Koepke in Washington County Circuit Court, Woodside Principal James Edmond, told parents that extra police patrols have been planned near the school. 21-year-old suspect faces more than two years in prison after authorities say he grabbed the buttocks of two women and lied to police about it.
A 21-year-old Waukesha County man was charged Friday in connection with the sexual assaults of two women near the Marquette University campus last week. Kendrick L. Mitchell of Oconomowoc is accused of grabbing the buttocks of both women in two separate incidents and then lying to police about it. He was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court with two counts of fourth-degree sexual assault and one count of obstructing an officer. William Radix, 45, will spend the next 10 years in prison and another 10 on extended supervision for assaulting the boys in September 2011 inside a Milwaukee home.
A Sussex man who sexually assaulted two young boys in Milwaukee last year will spend the next 20 years in prison for his crimes. William M. Radix, 45, was sentenced Monday by Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge David Borowski to 20 years in prison after being convicted of two counts of first-degree sexual assault of a child less than 13 years old. Radix will serve the first 10 years in prison and the second half of the sentence on extended supervision. Radix was charged after a Sept. 25, 2011 incident where he was at a home in the 4700 block of North 54th Street and was playing a game with the 9-year-old when he threw a blanket over the child and then began touching his butt and genitals.
