Sussex Man Facing Charges After Driving Drunk With Blood on His Forehead in Waukesha
Suspect told police he had a fight and knew he drank too much before driving.
A 23-year-old Sussex man is facing multiple charges after he got caught driving drunk in Waukesha with blood on his forehead after he got into a fight earlier in the night. Sergio R. Diaz was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Wednesday with one count of second offense operating while intoxicated, one count of operating a motor vehicle after revocation of his license and one count of bail jumping. If convicted, he faces up to two years in prison and $13,600 in fines.
