A 61-year-old Sussex man is accused of slashing a car's tires and leaving a note saying "Merry Christmas" when another driver "steals" his parking spot in Pewaukee, according to a criminal complaint.
A parking spot dispute two days before Christmas left a Costco customer with flat tires and a note reading "Merry Christmas, (expletive)." Thomas V. Boese, 61, Sussex, was charged Wednesday in Waukesha County Circuit Court with disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. If convicted, he faces up to a year in jail and $11,000 in fines. A 26-year-old Sussex man is facing multiple charges after he was caught allegedly driving drunk after a Pewaukee police officer recognized his car from past run-ins. Ryan M. Groth was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Tuesday with one count of third offense operating while intoxicated, one count of bail jumping and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. If convicted, he faces up to two years in prison and $12,500 in fines.
