A 19-year-old Sussex man is facing charges after he allegedly got into an argument with his parents, then refused to pull over for a Waukesha County sheriff’s deputy trying to track him down. Cody JH Williams was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Wednesday with one count of failure to obey an officer and one count of disorderly conduct. If convicted, he faces up to one year in prison and $11,000 in fines.
