I heard today on WISN that Lynn Kristensen running for the Hamiltion School Board is a signer of the Walker recall petition and lied to a consituent about the fact that she signed the petition thinking she could hide because she mispelled her name intentionally. Hearing this I went on the verify the recall website and looked for some of the other elected officials in Sussex and I found that the village president Greg Goetz and two trustees Tim Dietrich and Pat Tetzlaff also signed the recall petition. The most amazing part is Dietrich is a double signer of the petition and did it by misspelling his name also? Does he think no one would find out that he did this? This is an amazing action expecially in such a conservative area like Sussex.

I agree, Bill K. Not only is it an amazing action, I find it is a disturbing action on all counts. At least now we know who these folks are and who they truly represent. If the Sussex Sun has any credibility as a newspaper, we will read about it in this week's issue.

Does anyone know if our vote will still be counted if we only vote for two of the three village trustees on the Sussex ballot?

I can't imagine that it wouldn't, but with that said, vote like they do, "Vote early. Vote often." Oh wait, conservatives have to play by the rules unlike the commu...err, liberals.

You can vote for any amount of Trustees 1 2 or 3 it wont kick back the ballot however as of now they all will win seeing there is only three open seats and the positons are elected by the three highest vote recievers. 3 seats 3 individuals 3 wins. If you dont like one of the choices dont vote for the indivudual and she will be the low vote getter that reduces her power on the board. Unfortunatly thats the best you can do right now. A write in canidate is the only way out but seeing as you can not run against a individual person you might knock out one of the good guys. Look what boards and commissions she is on and call the village president and demand she is removed form important committie assignments after the election.
