Kolesari to Stay President of Hamilton School Board
School Board members unanimously vote to keep leaders in their positions.
Hamilton School Board President Gabe Kolesari was chosen by board members Tuesday to serve another term as president.
Kolesari was re-appointed president by a unanimous vote by board members. No other members were nominated for the position. He has served more than 20 years on the board.
The board also unanimously voted to maintain board members Jim Long as vice president and Michael Hyland as treasurer. No other nominations were given for the position.

Board Member Dawn Van Aacken, who was absent from Tuesday’s meeting, was also unanimously chosen to stay clerk of the board. Board Member Gerald Schmitz nominated Deborah Briggs for the position; however, she declined saying she doesn’t have time to take on the extra duties.
