Hamilton Earns Berth In Playoffs With Win Over Wauwatosa East
Game was never in doubt as Chargers win 52-7.
The Hamilton High School football team earned a spot in the playoffs Friday night with a 52-7 win over Wauwatosa East.
The game was never in doubt as the Chargers scored 24 points in the first quarter, getting out to a 38-7 lead at half time.
The nail in the coffin came at about five minutes into the game when junior Drew Patterson rushed for a 54-yard touchdown.

Patterson finished the game with 175 yards rushing on seven attempts and two scores. He now has 1125 yards for the year and 16 touchdowns. He also has 109 yards receiving with another score.
The team is now 5-1 overall and 4-1 in the Greater Metro conference.

The Chargers host West Allis Central at 7 p.m. Friday for homecoming.
