Go Ahead, Shop 'Til You Drop
Annual fundraising event for Willow Springs to be held Wednesday, Nov. 7.
Get a jump on holiday shopping while helping the Hamilton School District during the Shop 'Til You Drop event on Wednesday, Nov. 7.
The annual event, which will be held at the Willow Springs Learning Center from 5 to 8 p.m., is the school's largest fundraising event intended to offset some of the cuts made in public education.
"Willow … get(s) very little funds from district so this fundraiser allows them to get things the school needs," said one of the organizers Heide Carlson, who noted the money raised in the past has be used to purchase a Smartboard.

The event will consist of 30 vendors, a raffle and a bake sale. A portion of the proceeds will go to the school's programming.
"It is a great opportunity to see some new home base businesses and to get things from home base businesses that everyone knows already," Carlson said.

Admission is $2 and includes a free raffle ticket. Raffle tickets are $1.
