Village Completes Remediation At Former Stolper Steel Site

After a $4.7 million remediation project comes to an end, Ryan Companies will begin construction of a 90,000-square-foot building that will house a Wisconsin Athletic Club and a Froedtert Health Inc. facility.

An extensive environmental remediation project to usher in new development at the former Stolper Steel site is now complete.

IKEA and Olive Garden have been some of the most demanded businesses in the Falls. I can start a virtual petition on Patch for the top businesses you would like to see, and I'll send it to the Village Board and the companies that top the list.

More Froedtert and Fitzgerald is name to CMH [ froedtert ] Board ... So how much $$$$ will Froedtert receive from the taxpayer.

Up date: Village gave Ryan 10.7 ac free.... # 300 apartments will be built north of Roosevelt ... Hope the tenants can afford WAC dues and entrance fees and extra fees for club privileges .
