Trustee Finalist to be Announced Tuesday
Ten apply for open position on the Board of Trustees in order to succeed Greg Goetz.
Ten residents have applied to become the newest Sussex Village Board trustee.
Village Administrator Jeremy Smith said the 10 applications were handed into the village by the deadline Monday. Trustee Pat Tetzlaff will now perform interviews with the applicants in order to choose a finalist.
The finalist will be announced and potentially voted on by the board Tuesday. The candidate will serve out the remaining year of the seat’s term, which was vacated by Village President Greg Goetz after he won his current position in the April election.
