Restaurant, which has a location in Mukwonago, would offer wings, burgers and other fare.
The Boneyard Pub & Grille is looking to open up a location in Sussex at the former Seigo’s Steakhouse at N64W23180 Main St.
Jim Jones, owner of The Boneyard, said he’s planning to open up a location by August, if he gains approval from village officials.
He said the Sussex restaurant would have the same menu as the location at 215 Bay View Rd., Mukwonago.

“It’s a very similar town as Mukwonago,” Jones said of his decision to choose Sussex. “We like the western suburbs and it fits our cliental well. Plus, with the schools close by it would fit well because we do a lot of stuff with them.
“We also thought (our restaurant) is something they were lacking up there, so it’s a good fit," he added.
