Roggensack, Fallone Advance in Wisconsin Supreme Court Primary

The state will choose between Pat Roggensack, who has served on the State Supreme Court since 2003, and Ed Fallone, a Marquette University Law professor who teaches constitutional, corporate and criminal law, as their justice.

Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Pat Roggensack of Madison and Marquette University law professor Ed Fallone of Whitefish Bay will square off in the April 2 election for the high court after advancing in Tuesday's primary.

With 93 percent of the votes counted statewide as of 10:36 p.m., Roggensack captured more than 63 percent of the ballots cast, while Fallone had 30 percent, according to Patch's media partners at WISN 12.

Vince Megna was eliminated from the race and had garnered about 6 percent of the vote.

Roggensack has served on the State Supreme Court since 2003. Fallone, 48, teaches constitutional, corporate and criminal law. Megna, 68, of Menomonee Falls, is a lemon law lawyer who works for Aiken & Scoptur, S.C. in Milwaukee.

As Obama spends us into a new civil war, Wisconsin voters are sticking with what works.

What a surprise! Who could have predicted these results? Answer, only me, a groundhog, and the rest of the Wisconsin population.

Justice Roggensack is one of the highest regarded members of the the WI Supreme court. Shes a Fair Judge to ALL sides as she follows the actual law and not an agenda. All Supreme courts would be lucky to have her.
