Police were called to the Quad/Graphics parking lot where they found Dorn, drunk with blood all over his face.

Zimdars told police he hadn’t been drinking, but Dorn had pushed another co-worker, so he went to go break up the fight. Dorn then got aggressive and raised his fists. Zimdars said he didn’t know if he was going to get punched, so he punched Dorn in the face three times.

Both men will make their initial appearance in court June 11.
