On Monday, two Milwaukee police officers spotted the men sitting in a car in the 5700 block of West Capitol Drive, and as they were walking up to the car, Saugstad tossed an uncapped syringe between the driver’s seat and center console. He also had a tin with him. Saugstad was placed under arrest, and while getting out of the car he dropped a pack of cigarettes with heroin inside.

While the officers were walking up to the car, another officer spotted Hunkins hide a tin inside a shaving kit and toss the kit on the floor in front of him. The kit was searched and officers found heroin inside.
