According to the criminal complaint:

On May 27, Waukesha County sheriff’s deputies were called to Erlitz’s home in the N5300 block of Townline Road after there was a report of a stolen car at the residence. A deputy knocked on the door of the residence and heard someone yell “what do you want” from the garage.

The deputy walked to the front of the garage and saw Erlitz, who said “Oh (expletive), it’s the cops,” then ran out the back door of the garage yelling “cops, cops, cops.” As the deputy ran after Erlitz, he saw Ragsdale in the back of the garage grab a marijuana pipe off a table and try to hide it in her purse, but she missed and dropped it on the floor, breaking it.

“Oh (expletive), it’s the cops,” then ran out the back door of the garage yelling “cops, cops, cops.”

She then picked the pieces up and put it in her purse before putting her hands in the air. The deputy caught Erlitz and found a vial of cocaine in his jeans pocket and a pill bottle full of marijuana was found hidden under a dog bed on the back porch of the residence, which Ragsdale admitted was hers.

Both Erlitz and Ragsdale will make their initial appearance in court Aug. 13.
