Justice was playing video games with his brother Saturday inside their home on the N5900 block of Maple Avenue, when he became upset because he was losing the game they were playing. His dad then said they needed to stop playing the game because of how upset Justice was becoming.

The dad then went to the store, and when he came back he heard Justice stomping around. When he went in the door, Justice jumped on him and began to hit and scratch him.
