At 11:36 p.m., a deputy was called for a noise complaint at a home where an underage drinking party was occurring in the W24700 block of Bark Road. When the deputy arrived, she waited for backup to get there and saw Goocher walking towards her.
The deputy identified herself and Goocher, who smelled of alcohol, turned around and began to walk away. The deputy took hold of Goocher and he told the deputy, “No, don’t (expletive) touch me,” then swung away, broke free and ran into a wooded area.
