Sussex Man Deemed Competent to Stand Trial in Sexual Assault Case

A Sussex man accused of sexually assaulting two Milwaukee boys has been deemed competent to stand trial.
William Radix, 44, was deemed competent in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Monday and will now proceed to a preliminary hearing, which is scheduled for Oct. 31.
Radix is facing multiple felony charges after he allegedly assaulted the two young boys in their home on the north side of Milwaukee. He’s accused of touching one of the boy’s genitals and exposing himself to the other.

He told investigators he isn’t into children and one of the victims came onto him.
Radix faces 90 years in prison if convicted of the charges. He’s currently being held in Milwaukee County Jail on $7,500 cash bail.
