Sussex Man Charged with Sexually Assaulting Two Milwaukee Boys

Suspect tells police a victim came onto him and he isn't "into" children.

A Sussex man is facing charges in Milwaukee County for allegedly sexually assaulting a 7-year-old-boy and 9-year-old boy in a north side Milwaukee home.

William M. Radix, 44, was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Monday with one count of first-degree sexual assault of a child under 13 years old, one count of attempted first-degree sexual assault of a child under 13 years old and one count of exposing his genitals. If convicted, he faces up to 93 years in prison.

On Sept. 25, Radix was at a home in the 4700 block of North 54th Street and was playing a game with the 9-year-old when he threw a blanket over the child and then began touching his butt and genitals. The boy sat up to try and stop Radix, but he continued to touch the boy’s genitals.

The 7-year-old victim told police Radix was playing hide and seek with him the next day and after Radix found the boy he pulled down his pants, exposing his genitals to the child and then asked the boy if he wanted to touch it, but the boy said no.

When asked about the incidents, Radix told police everyone was rubbing lotion on themselves at the home and he was helping them and they later rubbed lotion on him.

He said later that day one of the victims approached him and began to rub his penis until Radix told him to stop, but then the other victim began rubbing his penis.

Radix told police he “is not into children” and at least one of the victims came onto him.

Radix is being held in Milwaukee County Jail on $7,500 cash bond.
