weed should be legal....maybe same restrictions as far as driving laws and obviously same rules as alcohol when speaking of being at work, but it should be legal......weed is safer then alcohol by far and has so many positive things it can be used for besides the euphoric affect......as a matter of fact..if anything..alcohol should illegal..how many people drink and drive and kill people??..how many people get drunk and start fights or beat their wives or kids for that matter??....how many people have died from alcoholism??..how does alcohol effect the body compared to weed???...its stupid that weed is considered a schedule one drug and said to be in the same category as crack and heroin....all it is doing is filling our jails, leaving less room for real criminals, and filling the pockets of citys, townships, and states because of the fines they give out...its bs and about money....like i said..yes there should be under the influence laws for weed..but if i want to smoke a joint and watch a movie in my own home..i should have the right to smoke this natural plant.....alcohol is not natural..its a controlled substance because it is manufactured...weed can be picked and smoked..grown naturally...society needs to wake the f up!
