Suspect was kicked out of a Menomonee Falls bar, but then came back later and tried to order a drink.

A 25-year-old Sussex man is facing multiple charges after he got drunk and began starting fights inside a Menomonee Falls bar, then tried to bite a bartender’s finger off when he was being escorted out.

On Oct. 28, Schieble went to Whiskey Corners, W220N6410 Townline Road, and began starting arguments with other patrons while playing pool, saying they were cheating. The bartender told Shcieble—who was highly intoxicated—he needed to settle down or he would be asked to leave.

He then began yelling obscenities at the bartender and was asked to leave. Schieble began to leave, but continued yelling obscenities and threw a pool cue on the ground.

Schieble came back to the bar later and tried to order a drink, however, the bartender told him he wasn’t welcome in the bar and needed to leave. Schieble began yelling at the bartender again, so the bartender went to walk him out of the bar.

While walking him out, Schieble grabbed the bartender’s right hand and began to bite his middle finger hard enough the victim was afraid he was trying to bite it completely off.

Other patrons were able to get Schieble off of the bartender, and he then fled the bar. The victim had two puncture wounds on his finger and was bleeding.

Schieble is currently out of custody and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
