On March 17, Hartland police were called to an apartment complex in the 500 block of Hill Street after someone spotted juveniles drinking alcohol in the parking lot. When the officer arrived, Farkas was standing there with a woman and he told them to stay where they are.

Farkas refused to turn around, then tossed two plastic baggies with pills inside of them and then broke free and began to run again until he was tackled by the officer.

The woman began to walk towards the officer, but Farkas then turned and began to run towards a wooded area. The officer chased Farkas and grabbed him and told him he was under arrest.

However, Farkas refused to turn around, then tossed two plastic baggies with pills inside of them and then broke free and began to run again until he was tackled by the officer.

The officer tried to handcuff Farkas, but he broke free once again, then met up with another man and fled into a wooded area nearby.

The officer and a Waukesha County sheriff’s deputy then went to Farkas’ aunt’s home in the N6000 block of Teakwood Court in Sussex where he was staying and told him he was under arrest. He took off running again, but the deputy was able to grab him and get him to the ground.

The Hartland officer told him to stop resisting, but Farkas refused and then had to be stunned with a Taser.

While being taken to the jail Farkas broke free of his leg restraints and began to kick a window inside the squad car. The Hartland officer pulled over and was able to get the restraints on again with the help of two deputies.

He’s currently being held in Waukesha County Jail on $5,000 cash bail.
