In November 2010, a confidential informant for the Metro Drug Unit told them Gribble was going to sell 40 Adderall for $120. They then set up the deal and performed the trade-off in a parking lot near Silver Spring Drive and Pilgrim Road.

The informant told police Gribble said he’s prescribed the drug for hyperactivity and he sells them each month when he gets a refill prescription.

In December 2010, investigators set up another deal with Gribble in the same parking lot, which was also conducted. In May they performed another deal where Gribble sold 60 pills at a parking lot near Highway 164 and Silver Spring.

On Oct. 3, police met Gribble at his home in the N5800 block of Quail Run Lane where he admitted to the sales saying he was out of job and needs the money.

Gribble will make his initial appearance in court Jan. 23.
