A Milwaukee police officer on patrol Tuesday spotted Perry and two other men outside of a home in the 2400 block of North 17th Street, and after they saw him they began to walk into the gangway of the home.

The officer followed them and then told the men to show their hands. While Perry was taking his hands out of his pocket the officer saw him toss something aside, which he later discovered was a loaded .32 caliber handgun.
