According to the criminal complaint:

Police were called to Conner’s residence in the W23400 block of Silver Spring Drive early Tuesday morning after neighbors heard an altercation inside his apartment. When police knocked on the door, he first refused to answer, then asked police if they had an arrest warrant to enter.

"He then went into the living room and began to swing a belt around, spit in the victim’s eye, threw her into a television and then began to kick her in the ribs while she was lying on the floor."

Conner exited the apartment where he told police he just threw his girlfriend out and kept giving police a false name as his identification. During the conversation, Conner made aggressive stances towards officers, who then decided to place him under arrest.

However, he said he wouldn’t comply with their orders and tried to resist them handcuffing him.

Police the searched Conner’s apartment where they found a jar of marijuana and a pipe. He was placed in the back of a squad car where he proceeded to kick the inside door and hit his head against the metal divider twice.

Police contacted the victim who said Conner came home drunk around 3 a.m. and threatened to kill himself. She told him to stop, but he pulled out a knife, dropped it on the floor, and told her he was going to break everything.

He then went into the living room and began to swing a belt around, spit in the victim’s eye, threw her into a television and then began to kick her in the ribs while she was lying on the floor.

He’s currently being held in Waukesha County Jail on $1,500 bond.
