Sussex Man and Friend Charged After Fights with Girlfriends

One suspect allegedly spit in one woman's face, while the other kicks and punched a car.

A Sussex man and an acquaintance of his are facing charges after they got involved in a fight at a Waukesha George Webb Restaurant and outside a residence.

John P. Schieble, 25, of Sussex, and Marcel A. Bois, 28, who currently resides in Waukesha County Jail, were each charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly getting into a fight where Schieble began kicking a car. If convicted, Bois faces up to six months in prison and $2,000 in fines and Schieble faces up to three months in prison and $1,000 in fines.

According to the criminal complaint, on May 7, the two had been drinking at Shooter’s Bar in Sussex when Bois began got upset with his girlfriend and began to accuse her of seeing other men where he punched her hand with a closed fist. After the altercation, Bois’ girlfriend left with Schieble and Schieble’s girlfriend decided to go to Webb’s.

After arriving at the restaurant, the complaint states Bois then showed up, sat next to his girlfriend and began calling her vulgar names until he was kicked out by a waitress. He then kept driving slowly past the restaurant as they continued to eat.  

The three then went back to Schieble’s girlfriend’s residence, where Bois showed up again and kept ringing the doorbell. After Bois’ girlfriend refused a ride home from him, the complaint states he spit in her face.

After Schieble’s girlfriend then told her boyfriend she was going to give the other woman a ride home, Schieble became upset and ran outside where he punched and kicked her car. Schieble had a blood alcohol level of 0.094 at the time of the incident.
