Sussex Drug Sting Ends in Felony Charges
Marcel A. Bois, of Milwaukee, faces up to 43.5 years in prison if convicted of nine felony charges filed Thursday in Waukesha County Circuit Court.
A Milwaukee man is accused of delivering drugs in several Waukesha County communities, including Sussex.
Marcel A. Bois, 30, who at one time lived in Sussex, was charged Thursday in Waukesha County Circuit Court with three counts of delivering oxycodone, three counts of maintaining a drug trafficking place and three counts of bail jumping.
Bois faces up to 43.5 years in prison and $210,000 in fines if convicted.
Bois is accused of selling oxycodone pills to an informant working with the Waukesha County Metro Drug Unit in 2012, accoding to the criminal complaint:
Bois was driving a 2000 Chevrolet Blazer during each drug transaction, according to the criminal complaint
Bois was interviewed by a Waukesha County detective in January. He admitted to selling prescription medication to pay his bills and to “get by,” the complaint states.
Bois was on bail at the time of the drug transactions for felony battery-domestic abuse and a disorderly conduct-domestic abuse charges.
Bois also remains facing prosecution on a burglary charge that left the Hop-It Market in Waukesha with $100,000 in damage.

- 15 pills of Percocet for $310 on Aug. 29; Town of Brookfield;
- 15 pills of Percocet for $330 on Sept. 5; Sussex
- 15 pills of Percocet for $339 on Sept. 13; Pewaukee
