At 12:10 a.m. Monday, officers were called to an apartment in the N6400 block of Pewaukee Road after Leifer got into a fight with his girlfriend and was using some sort of tool to try and pry open the bedroom door where she had locked herself.
Upon arriving at the apartment, officers kicked down the door and found Leifer staring at them with no shirt on and his hands in his pants pockets. When he refused to take his hands out, a deputy stunned him with a Taser in order to take him into custody.
