Police Reports: Forced Entry to Park Concession Stand Yields Nothing

Retail Theft
11:23 a.m. on Sept. 13
An 18-year-old man was cited at the on Main Street for retail theft. The police report says the man stole a bag of beef jerky and chocolate covered peanuts. The man’s official residence on record is in Muskego.

Domestic Disturbance
1:35 p.m. on Sept. 13
A man was taken into custody for a violent bout with his wife in the W24000 block of Stonegate Court. He is charged with battery and disorderly conduct. The couple is still married.

Burglary
2:31 p.m. on Sept. 13
The concession stand at the Sussex was broken into on Sept. 12 but the entry wasn’t discovered until the next day. According to the village nothing was taken, but it will cost about $70 to fix the lock that was forced open and subsequently broken. 

Drugs
7:05 p.m. on Sept. 15
A juvenile who is homebound through a court-ordered detention has been cited for possessing drug paraphernalia. The mother thought he might have drugs in the vicinity of the home in the W24000 block of Stonegate Court and called police who found the items.

Drugs
3:50 p.m. on Sept. 16
A father called the police on his 16-year-old son in the N5900 block of Maple Avenue for having drug parahernalia. The boy was cited for possession.
