A Sussex man already facing felony charges for is facing yet another felony charge after he was found inside the business Friday, just days after being released from Waukesha County Jail on a $5,000 signature bond.

According to the criminal complaint, a Waukesha County Sheriff’s deputy found Nicholas S. Strobel, 26, inside a bathroom at the business at 11:50 p.m. Friday, after the officer had been on routine patrol and saw Strobel’s pickup truck outside.

Strobel told him his father—who owns the auto repair shop—was allowing him to stay at the business despite being charged with stealing money and checks from the business. The officer was unable to contact Strobel’s father, however, a condition of his bail was to not have contact with the business or his father.
