On March 17, the 17-year-old victim went to her friend’s home in the N6600 block of Grogan Drive, where the friend’s ex-boyfriend, Siegman, was supposed to stop by. He arrived at the home around 10 p.m. and soon began kissing the girl on the couch.
At some point he took the girl into a bedroom where they had sex. While having sex, Siegman put his fingers down by the girl’s vagina to see if there was blood because he wanted to see if he took her virginity.

After she said there was blood, he stopped.
When the victim’s mother learned of the incident, she contacted police, saying he daughter is slow and has the functions and maturity of a 12-year-old child. She therefore felt Siegman had taken advantage of her.
Siegman will make his initial appearance in court July 23.
