Orrey came to visit Lala early Sunday morning at the mental health facility. A nurse noticed the two leave the visiting area and go back to Lala’s room, which violates facility policy. The nurse went back to the room to tell them to return to the visiting area, but she noticed Lala coming out of the bathroom and trying to conceal something.

The nurse asked Lala what she had, and she lifted up her sweater to reveal a heroin kit and piece of tinfoil with a small amount of heroin inside. When deputies arrived, Lala told them she had Orrey bring the heroin and kit to the facility so she could “get high,” but Orrey denied the allegation.

And this isn't the first time Orrey has been in court. that a 21-year-old Sussex woman, Erli N. Lala, and Orrey were caught stealing scrap metal from an area manufacturer. It was worth roughly $700.

Orrey is currently being held in Waukesha County Jail on $500 bond, while an arrest warrant has been issued for Lala.
